Refund Policy

Our checkout is operated by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, collection of taxes, and first-line billing support—including refunds—on our behalf.

Scope
This Refund Policy applies only to payments completed through the Paddle checkout in Racing View Desktop. Purchases made via the iOS App Store or Google Play Store are subject to Apple’s or Google’s own refund policies; please request those refunds directly through the respective store.


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a Racing View PRO subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the transaction date. Beyond 30 days, all payments are final.

2. Renewals & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). You may cancel at any time; your PRO features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time after the 30-day window.

3. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

Report any duplicate or unauthorized charge within 60 days of the billing date. Once verified, we will refund the full duplicated or fraudulent amount.

4. Technical Issues

If a technical problem prevents you from using Racing View and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days, we will issue a full or proportionate refund based on the downtime experienced.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, digital purchases normally include a 14-day withdrawal period. By completing your order and getting instant access to Racing View, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal. If you prefer not to waive this right, do not complete the purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@racingview.app and include:

  1. Your Paddle order number (PU-XXXXXXXX).

  2. The email address used for the purchase.

  3. The reason for your request.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 additional days to post the credit.

If you bought Racing View PRO on iOS or Android, please request your refund through the App Store or Google Play order-history page. Apple and Google handle those refunds directly and we cannot process them on your behalf.

7. Exceptions

We do not grant refunds when:

  • The request is submitted more than 30 days after purchase and is not related to duplicate billing or technical failure.

  • The account has violated our Terms of Service (e.g., fraudulent use, redistribution of the app).
